  • Top Dog -- Dumb action-comedy in which a San Diego cop (Chuck Norris) investigating a blood-thirsty band of neo-Nazi terrorists is assigned a shaggy canine partner who sniffs out clues about the imminent bombing of a gathering of religious leaders. Director Aaron Norris does little but intercut cutesy, unrelated doggy tricks with standard martial arts violence and gunfights but this feeble attempt at humor does not make the results any less violent. Intermittent violence and an instance of profanity. (A-III) (PG-13) ( 1995 )
