  • Life Stinks -- Betting he can live for 30 days on L.A.'s skid row without any money, a cocky billionaire (Mel Brooks) finds love with a bag lady (Lesley Ann Warren) and becomes a crusader for the homeless. When not chewing up the scenery, producer-director Brooks' absurd populist fantasy offers occasional moments of madcap lunacy that sparkle in an otherwise forgettable comedy. Implied sexual encounter, comic-book violence and an instance of rough language. (A-III) (PG-13) ( 1991 )
